This lovely efficiency apartment on the second floor of a small cottage in Vienna, Virginia five minutes from the Vienna Metro and 66. The space has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, table, twin bed with a second pop-up trundle and windows with shades on all four sides with views of the trees and a pretty back yard. It is quiet and set back from the road. The first floor is a workout room with weights and gym equipment and is used by the owners but is available to the renter. We are ideally looking for a single person with no pets. Amenities include a washer/dryer, air fryer oven, two burner countertop stove, microwave, and Keurig. Other appliances may be provided if needed. Dishes, cookware, kitchen items, towels, bedding, etc. are provided.
